Background
I aim to change the way you see life
I am used to people crying – it is natural when discussing bereavement. My aim is to help you understand more about what is happening to you. This is likely to involve the Stages of Grief. Many people say the stages happen in a sequence. I am not one of those. Your life is probably a jumble and the stages can happen in any order. I will point them out to you and relate them to you.
Reading. I am likely to recommend books for you to read, it is not essential, they may help you. From time to time some homework! These will usually be as a result of subjects brought up during our sessions. I may want you to consider certain aspects of your life.
Sally Hunt
I have been a bereavement counsellor for more than 10 years.
For about 8 years I also provided specialist counselling serivces in Depression, Stress, Self-Esteem and more.
In early 2020, I decided to focus solely on bereavement again.
Current Status
To make you aware – I am busy and sometimes have a full client list. If this happens I operate a waiting list. I will be straightforward and not mess you around. I fully understand this is an important stage of your life.
Bereavement is stressful and I strive to be at my best for all my clients. Therefore I do not work with many people at the same time.
