Get in Touch
Taking the first step is often the hardest part

Many people find the first call difficult. It is completely normal to be upset when you phone — I am used to it, and it will not make the conversation uncomfortable. You do not need to explain everything, or have the right words. A few sentences is enough to get started.
I offer a free 20-minute initial conversation. This is a chance for us to talk briefly, for you to understand how I work, and to feel comfortable that we are the right fit. There is no obligation, and no referral is needed.

Where to find me
My consulting room is at: Buckhold, Nr Pangbourne, RG8 8QB (Close to Cullinghood Riding Stable and St Andrew’s School)
A quiet, private setting easy to reach from across West Berkshire, Reading, and South Oxfordshire. Plenty of free parking.
Zoom sessions are also available for those who prefer not to travel, or who live further afield.
Bereavement Only
Grief and loss are the only things I work with. Every client, every situation, every approach I have developed has been about bereavement — nothing else.
BACP Accredited
Member 269896. I follow the BACP Ethical Framework in all my work. I am DBS checked. I also receive direct referrals from local GPs — a reflection of the confidence the medical community has in my work.
Qualified Supervisor
I supervise other counsellors — both experienced and those in training. I also have a supervisor, reflecting my commitment to ongoing professional development. Being trusted to shape how other counsellors develop is something I take seriously.
